Our History
Baer Heating & Cooling, Inc.
The history of Baer Heating & Cooling, Inc. goes back to 1990 when our owner, Randy Baer, started in the HVAC industry as a residential technician performing installations, service and repair. After mastering sheet metal, he learned the service side of the business, which drove him to pursue additional education in commercial refrigeration, boiler heating and air conditioning, and ventilation. After 10 years, his focus had shifted to commercial and industrial mechanical design.
In 2006, after 15 years in the business, Randy decided to strike out on his own. He started his own business and enlisted the help of his wife, Jenny, who runs the office and assists our customers in any way that she can.
Always being around the trade, Kyle Baer, their son, finished his technical education in 2011, and has been employed at Baer Heating & Cooling, Inc. as a journeyman HVAC technician through the Local 101. He plans to continue honoring the trade and the family business with quality workmanship, products, and customer care.
